Fleur Collection Returns Policy
At Fleur Collection, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@fleurcollection.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Shipping & Fee: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return fee of R105 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the return fee.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
